These biltong knives sport a hollow ground sheepfoot blade made from 7Cr17Mov stainless steel allowing the biltong knife to slice through your favourite biltong with the minimum of effort. The genuine cattle bone handle extends in girth from the stainless steel bolster allowing it to sit comfortably in your hand. Each Biltong Knife is supplied with a silver coin.
